E.F.A is a W.A.K.O and SAAKA registerd Club, we consist of a wide selection of martial art modes from just fitness classes to Full - Contact and K-1. We also do Musical weapons and of course Self defence. We Boast with several instructors with a wide Background to bring our students a strong diversity of martial arts in Knysna, Sedgefield, Wilderness and George.
